We're currently lucky enough to be in the completely bizarre yet totally amazing location of Pamukkale in Turkey. An easy and short (3.5 hours) bus ride away from Izmir, Turkey's third largest city, Pamukkale is one of the main tourist attractions in Turkey. This didn't put us off, and we had an absolute ball this morning playing in the water of the travertines and the ruins of Hierapolis for 5 solid hours. Tan: check.
We were completely snap happy today and did just about every tacky tourist pose we could think of. The water in the travertines is supposed to be really good for you, full of calcium and other minerals, so we swam in it for as long as possible and had a great old time. Enjoy the pictures!
